Movember is a month-long global initiative to raise funds and awareness about male health issues, including cancer. Participants ( Referred to as Mo Bros globally and Mo Chans locally) sport moustaches through the month of November, dumping their shaving razors altogether, or trimming their lip hair into whacky styles.
